Bridget Langan

Bridget Langan is a high-energy, detail-oriented coach who demands the best from her athletes every session. Her background in K-12 education means that athletes not only benefit from top-tier programming but also instruction that prioritizes proper form and demonstrates how programming fits into a bigger picture.

Bridget has a long history of high-level performance. In undergrad, she played softball at Indiana University. After graduation she coached Bloomington High School South to its first-ever IHSAA 4A Softball State Title. In 2017 Bridget started coaching CrossFit and personal training. She has coached everyone from former professional athletes to people new to the gym. As the head coach of a CrossFit gym, Bridget developed new and experienced coaches' instruction skills and content knowledge. In 2022 she started coaching middle and high-school-aged athletes who were ready to improve their athletic performance and continues to build athletes and create game-winning adaptation.
