Our Approach

Building strong, confident, explosive athletes who perform on the field and in life.

Session Design

Our sessions are meant to be both challenging and fun. Each session includes play, competition, and focused work time for athletes to hone their skills. Every movement and section of our training is intentional and designed to maximize athletes’ potential, so they dominate on game day.

Our programming varies by age group.

Elementary 
Aged 
Athletes

For elementary-aged athletes, we focus on developing body control and fast-twitch muscles. We concentrate on plyometrics, change of direction, and speed work to strengthen important positions while enhancing body awareness and control. Each session concludes with a short, simple strength segment to boost force production.

Middle School Aged Athltes

For middle school athletes, we combine the important foundation of plyometrics, change of direction, and speed with strength training to build athletic power. We integrate more advanced strength and ballistic training with speed and plyometrics work.

High School Aged Athletes

For high school students, the emphasis shifts to strength and force production. Each session begins with plyometrics, change of direction, and speed work before progressing to lifting and ballistic training. This approach aims to increase overall strength while teaching the body to utilize that strength effectively to produce force and increase athleticism.
