Chicago Summer
Camp

This summer we are offering a youth sport and performance summer camp for athletes ages 11 to 18. Camp runs Monday through Thursday for 2 hours, 10am - Noon.  See below for more details.

Schedule

The summer will be broken into 3 sessions: 4 weeks, 4 weeks, and 3 weeks, to match the CPS summer break schedule.
 

Session 1: June 8th - July 2nd - Tuesdays & Thursday only

Session 2: July 6th - July 30th

Session 3: August 3rd - August 20th

Athletes

Camp is programmed for athletes ages 13 to 18. Across age groups athletes work on the same movement patterns, skill acquisition, and performance-focused adaptation but with age-appropriate movements and loading. 

Class Details

Each day starts with a 30-minute warm-up that transitions directly into a 1-hour skill and strength session, followed by 30 minutes of recovery, mobility, and goal-setting. Athletes have an opportunity each day to compete with themselves and each other, creating both physical and mental adaptation.

The skill part of each session uses linear speed, plyometrics, and change of direction drills to increase athleticism. This is followed by a daily lift specific to increasing force production and reducing the risk of injury.

Session 1 (4 weeks T/Th only): $320

Session 2 (4 weeks): $640

Session 3 (3 weeks): $480

Friday add-on available.
