Summer Camp 2026

This summer we are offering a youth sport and performance summer camp for athletes ages 13 to 18. Camp runs Monday through Thursday for 2 hours, with a morning and afternoon session to choose from.  See below for more details.

Schedule

The first session is 6 weeks, and the second session is 5 weeks to match CPS's summer break.

Session 1: June 8th - July 17th

Session 2: July 19th - August 21st 

AM Class 8 am - 10 am

PM Class 2 pm - 4 pm

Athletes

Camp is programmed for athletes ages 13 to 18. Across age groups athletes work on the same movement patterns, skill acquisition, and performance-focused adaptation but with age-appropriate movements and loading. 

Class Details

Each day starts with a 30-minute warm-up that transitions directly into a 1-hour skill and strength session, followed by 30-minutes of recovery, mobility, and goal-setting. Athletes have an opportunity each day to compete with themselves and each other, creating both physical and mental adaptation.

One day a week is dedicated to each of the following: Linear Speed, Plyometrics, Change of Direction, and Non-Linear Speed followed by an Upper Body, Lower Body, Full Body, or Power-Focused Lifting session.

Price

Session 1 (6 Weeks): $960

Session 2 (5 weeks): $800

Friday add on: + $190
