Sport Performance Teen
For our teenage athletes (ages 13 to 18), we combine the foundation of plyometrics, change of direction, and speed with strength training to build athletic strength. During 1-hour sessions, athletes compete with themselves and each other to facilitate a training environment that encourages learning and competition. This is strength and conditioning taken to a new level.
Schedule
A-Day: Sunday 9am, 10am, or 11am or Thursday 7pm
B-Day: Monday 7pm,
Tuesday 7pm, or Wednesday 7pm

1 day-a-week: $180
2 days-a-week: $300
1-day-a-week athletes sign up for 1 session time, on either an A-Day or B-Day.
2-day-a-week athletes sign up for both an A-Day and a B-Day session.

Team Plyometrics
Have a space? Ready for your team to run faster and jump higher? Team Plyometrics is a 1-hour session at your facility with your entire team. In this class, we will work on running and jumping form, along with multiple focused drills and exercises to create faster, more agile athletes.

Coach Consultation Services
Hitting a wall with your team? Feel like you have the best drills, but your athletes aren't benefiting from them? Need help seeing your athletes move in space and cueing corrections? New to coaching?
From sharpening your coach’s eye to enhancing your communication skills, we help you hone your coaching skills so you can best transfer all your game knowledge to your athletes.

Sport Performance Kids
For elementary athletes (ages 8 to 12), we focus on developing body control and fast-twitch muscles. During 1-hour sessions, we concentrate on plyometrics, change of direction, and speed work to strengthen important positions while enhancing body awareness and control. Each session concludes with a short, simple strength segment to boost force production.
